Reaves Dental Practice Pllc is amazing. The doctors and staff are friendly and helpful. They calmed my nervousness and made the visit a good experience. I would recommend them to everyone.

Let me start by saying I hate going to the dentist, I mean doesn't everyone? I've never had a "pleasant" experience in all of my life. That all changed with Reaves Dental. From the moment I parked and checked in I felt welcomed and any issues or worries due to COVID-19 were quickly assuaged. Screening procedures were done before entry which is appreciated. The office was bright and clean, I would even say immaculate looking. The dental hygienist I had, Jessica, was the best hygienist I've ever had. Personable, and clearly very good at her job. I spent the majority of my initial visit with her and then met Dr. Amela who took over the appointment. Having set a high bar by Jessica, Dr. Amela did not disappoint. Professional, personable, and knowledgeable in dentistry. The rest of the staff were equally as great and welcoming. I'm very glad my family switched to Reaves Dental. My only complaint was that I waited so long to become a patient!

Dr. Reaves was amazing for my son's lip tie revision. He gave me his honest opinion and made the procedure 100% easy & stress-free. He even gave me his personal number if I had any questions on the healing process and called us to check on him the following day (which was even a holiday!!!!) truly cares about his patients.

I was impressed with the new CoVid measures implemented. The new air filtration system with UV light and increased air exchanges, the increased PPE and plastic magnetic curtains on each exam room entry made me feel safe. Reaves Dental is awesome.

I was extremely happy with my first visit to Reaves Dental. I was impressed by the knowledge of the staff and the overall professionalism of the practice. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist Dr. Amela was great.

I cannot praise Dr. Reaves enough. We had to get my newborn son's tongue clipped because he was having issues being able to feed. Dr. Reaves got us in very quickly and took excellent care of our baby. His manner and concern for his patients is beyond measure. I cannot recommend this man enough.

This practice is outstanding. They do an excellent job making sure that every patient's dental appointment is a positive experience. Once at their office everyone there is very positive, friendly and helpful. Each of their dental hygienists does a thorough and gentle cleaning. Totally without pain. The practice also has cutting edge equipment. I recently had a crown put in. Instead of the usual 1 to 2-week process with a temporary crown, I was able to get the entire crown done in a single visit. I highly recommend Reaves Dental Practice in New Hartford, NY.
