In an effort to be proactive and protect the health of all our patients and our community we will be rescheduling routine cleaning and non-emergency dental appointments until after the risk of COVID-19 has been reduced. We are currently hoping to see patients on a more regular basis starting on 4/6, but we will update that as the situation dictates.
We will be answering our phones normally when we are in the office, but that will be on a limited basis until we return to routine care. If you need to contact us, please call the office as usual and wait for the prompts. Press one to leave a message that will be checked when we are in the office. If you have an emergency that needs to be addressed quickly, press two and your call will either be answered remotely by our staff or leave a message and you will be contacted shortly. Click here to download a PDF for more information on what constitutes an emergency or urgent care.
When you call, we will continue to screen patients over the phone for health concerns and schedule you appropriately within the confines of our reduced schedule. We will also be screening patients when they enter the office for any symptoms and taking temperatures.
Please be patient for any delays that this will cause to your regularly scheduled treatment. We will reschedule everyone as quickly as possible. Thank you for trusting us with your oral health, and feel free to call the office with any questions.
